Deluxe Balloons & Faces Party My very best balloons and facpainting, at an affordable price! Includes a coloring page and a sticker for each child. 2 hours, up to 12 children, $185. Additional children add $10 and approximately 10 minutes per child. Budget Theme Party Perfect for the family that wants it all, but on a budget! Includes quick, simple facepainting and balloon art by a costumed character, AND your choice of two of the following: a craft project, a party game or a magic show; and this package also includes basic party favor bags (with coloring sheet, small packet of crayons, stickers, and a fancy pencil).
